3,600 People Run for Love at Studio Classroom/1919’s Annual Charity Run

On September 21, Studio Classroom and the Chinese Christian Relief Organization held its 11th annual Let’s Run Charity Run in Bitan Scenic Area in New Taipei. Light rain did not dampen the spirits of 3,600 runners, who came anyway and completed the run, cheered on by enthusiastic children from afterschool programs that the run supports. The money raised from the run supports afterschool programs for children of underprivileged families around Taiwan. The run was followed by a late afternoon riverside concert featuring Heavenly Melody Light singing many encouraging and positive songs. Thank you to all who participated in this year’s run, and we look forward to next year’s run!
